How do I update posted speed limits?

The system determines speed limits based on information from Google Maps. However, you can update speed limits on frequently traveled roads if the information from Google Maps is currently not accurate:

1. Click Update Speed Limit in the top left corner of the map.
2. Click Update a Speed Limit in the pop-up window to create a new speed limit segment.
3. Click two points on the map to select a road segment.
4. Enter the updated speed limit for this road segment and click Save.
5. To edit an existing segment, click the edit (pencil) icon next to the segment and enter a new speed limit.
